Plugged in and three of the four bulbs working-remaining life unknown-assume replacement will be needed(sending with the working 3 bulbs). Lightbox shows wear from time in storage. Gasket for eyepiece warped/worn-may be unuseable.  No manual or other materials. Works on 115V.
