Beautiful sugar/powder shaker.  Has beautiful flowers/roses with a gold top and 4 gold feet.  Can't tell for sure if handpainted but has raised paint on the rose leaves? Love the colors on this shaker.  Measures about 4 3/4" tall x almost 4" diameter.  Not sure if plastic stopper is newer or original to this piece?
