Vtg 1960s MARX SEARS TIN-Metal Litho DOLL HOUSE w/Original BOX Paperwork VGC!

VERY GOOD CONDITION!  ORIGINAL BOX, INSTRUCTIONS, ETC.
Long story but I must tell it.  You are bidding on a vintage 1960s Louis Marx & Co. Inc.(Glendale, West Virginia) metal~tin litho dollhouse that was sold by Sears Roebuck & Co. back in the 1960s.  I had one EXACTLY LIKE THIS when I was a child in the 60s.  I am now 61.  Over 10 years ago, my Dear Mom purchased THIS ONE for me for my birthday because I had always loved and talked about my old, original dollhouse.  She was able to find a

one on ebay, and had paid over 0 at that time.  I put this  together.  It has never been played with by any children.  I have enjoyed owning it for these past years but I am getting older and must now part with some of my many treasures.  As you can see, the actual tin~metal is in great condition and the litho work is still quite vivid.  I apologize for the glare in my pictures for I used flash on my camera.  The only minor imperfections that I can see are, one small piece of plastic on the underside of the green awning(where pole attaches) broke.  I have taped the little piece to the awning.  Also, one foot on baby crib is broken off and the front door railing doesn't fit real well.  If you would like to see additional pictures, please message me and let me know what you need more details of.  I am starting this at a very reasonable price.  I am hoping that someone else out there, like me, would like to recall their childhood.  The original box is a bit weathered.
