Vintage Trinket Box? Powder Box? Vanity Dish? Porcelain, made in Japan. I actually have no idea how this was meant to be used. It is, however; a beautiful piece of history which can be used in a variety of different ways for today’s lover of vintage treasures. The top has a raised pink flower motif and rope edge. The inside of the lid is unglazed. The bottom is fairly shallow with ridges. It measures approximately 2” tall and 3 1/4” in diameter. No chips or cracks. Condition is "Used".
