VINTAGE MILK GLASS ?English Hobnail? VANITY/DRESSER POWDER or TRINKET JAR w/LID

Up for your consideration we have this VINTAGE, MILK GLASS,
??? English Hobnail ???
(marked underneath the lid AND marked inside the jar, on the bottom, is the letter "H"), this is a VANITIY OR DRESSER, POWDER or TRINKET JAR, with LID. Measures approx. 4-1/2" tall from the bottom of the jar to the top of the lid. Diameter is approx. 5".
We are not sure if this is English Hobnail, so please magnify/enlarge the photos for your identification.
Previously owned/used. Needs a cleaning. The jar is somewhat yellowed, however, we believe this just needs a good washing. The first photo seems to show this yellowing color more so than the others photos (looks more white), of which the lighting when we took the photos affected. There is a small, raised grey dot of something on the outside edge of the lid. There are several manufacturing flaws inside the bottom of the jar that appear to be lines from pressing the glass when manufactured, these are NOT cracks.
