Vintage Dresser Jar (Wallace) Sterling Top, Cut Glass Etched Base - 4 1/2”

Vintage Dresser Jar - 4 1/2” x 2 3/4”
Top - sterling silver with gold wash interior            Base - cut glass etched
Note:  There is a small chip on the lower part of the base.  It is visible in the last picture, which was taken upside down.  In addition, the rim of the glass is just a little rough.  While there aren’t any visible chips, one can feel it’s rough.  It would benefit from a bit of glass grinding.
