I am presuming that this was meant for use as a pomander because of the number of holes in the figure. 8 in back and back of head, 2 on face for nose, 1 above left hand
Cute little frog figure sports a red neck tie and seems to be deep in thought or at least contemplating the ceiling.
Measures approx:
3 1/2" tall
2 1/2" x 2 1/4" base
