Vintage Barcelona 1992 Olympics Mascot Cobi PVC Figure *Mega RARE in Box Signed

Description

This is a rare Cobi Olympic Mascot Figure from the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. He is loose inside the original box. The box is signed on the back but I don't know who signed it, it reads "For Ricardo and Barbara, From ...?" (in spanish).
Condition: Box has some wear and a scratch on the front clear window, figure looks good but it is loose inside the box and might have been out on display at some point.
