I don't know anything about this machine.  It is in tested working condition.  Belt runs smoothly.  The only part I didn't try was the hose because I don't know what to do with that.  I can read off the instructions that there are laps, transfer jig, alcohol lamp, index plates wrenches counterbalance pivot arm. If you view the photos, you will see exactly the items that will be included.
