    Description

    A vanity/dresser cream jar or powder jar.
    Sterling silver detachable cap, sterling inner lid and crystal bowl.
    Lid decorated with scrolls and engine turned design.
    Surface with leftovers of gold washed covering.
    The light gold washed interior is in normal condition.
    You may see leftovers of gold on lid hallmarks and other places.
    Gold washed sterling silver inner lid.
    Crystal bowl decorated with flowers and faceted lines.
    The cap sits tightly on the crystal bowl.

    Not monogrammed.
    Hallmarked to lid edge:
    "RC" over a dot into a shield for Richard Comyns;
    date letter "A" for 1936;
    "Lion Passant" for British sterling silver;
