New old stock surplus, Surplus inventory stock, In the original box with the instructions and plastic ID Strip.
The box shows age and wear on the exterior from years of being in storage, furthermore one of the cardboard flaps is torn from one end of the box, and the label was beginning to detach from age and drying out, so it was re-taped to keep it in place.  There is no damage to the contents. (See Photos).  The module is still factory sealed in the anti-static bag.
