    Exceptionally rare SENEGAL  Women's National Volleyball Team Jersey.   My Nigerian friend recognized it immediately. They placed
    Fourth in the Women's African Volleyball Tournament in 2015.  It was the highest they ever ranked.
    It is fair to assume the number 4 on the back is in celebration of the team placing  They did so again in 2017.
