Rock Tumbling Ceramic Media
is non-abrasive and can be combined with tumbling rocks, stainless steel and other hard metals.
Each ceramic piece is cylindrical in shape with diagonal 45-degree angle end cuts and measures an average of 3/8" x 1-1/4".
Each pound of Ceramic Tumbling Media contains an average of 125 pieces - and is
the perfect shape and size to fit with most projects.
This Ceramic Tumbling Media can be used with liquid compounds and all sizes of grit and polish in rock
tumblers
and vibratory machines.
This versatile, reusable media provides for volume maintenance, carrying grit while tumbling, cushioning, and chip protection - and yields a nice shiny surface.
Ceramic Tumbling Media serves as great grit carriers when the rocks being tumbled are either larger or more uniform in size.
Recommend dried ceramic media be stored separately by grit size it is used with, to ensure no cross-contamination between batches during other steps.
