    Description

    Up for Auction is this RARE Beauty Antique / Vintage (1880's-1890's) Japanese Porcelain Hand Painted with Moriage Enamel Ginger Jar Replacement lid, Teacup, 2 Saucers. These Beautiful Items are Circa 1880-1890 Before the Country of Origin was Required. These items has a ton of 22 kt Gold Painted Accents with a Large Fish or a Asian Flying Turkey/Phoenix Bird (I really cannot tell, lol) on each Piece has very little Gold Loss and Very Little enamel loss & each piece also has some floral accents as well.
    The Lid Measures approx. 2 3/4" outside top Diam. inside Diam. is approx. 2 1/4" x 2 1/8" Tall. The 2 Saucers Measures Approx. 5 3/8'' Diam. x 7/8" Tall. The Tea Cup Measures approx. 4 1/2" Wide from handle to Cup Edge & the Cup top is approx. 3 7/8" Diam. and the bottom Diam. is approx. 1 3/8" & 2 1/4" Tall. All Pieces together weigh 9.1 oz.
    These pieces were part of my Great Uncles Estate, I know he was in WW1 and that is all that I know about this item, I have Several more that Match but some have issues with them, so, save my store and keep checking back every day because I am always adding new and unusual items, due to me inheriting his Estate. These would Make GREAT Replacement items, since the porcelain is so paper thin.
