Plique-a-jour Cloisonne Bowl China Late 20th Century Delicate Beauty

Plique-a-jour bowl 3 3/4" high 7" diameter
Stunning colorful bowl- delicate- looks like a combination of stained glass and cloisonné.
I've never seen anything like this.  The rim of bowl and the rim of the base is brass.  It is just beautiful with the light coming through it.  It looks almost like fine fish scales that have been filled with cloisonné.
