This type of ancient stone tool was excavated in Southern Vietnam. Probably slate or limestone common in the Mekong delta settlements and in Cambodia. This piece was selected for it’s clean lines and workmanship. Approximate dating 2500- 3500 years BC. Has a rich patina consistent with mineral oxide absorption.
