The Milwaukee Intrinsically Safe Class I, II, & III / Division 1 Spot/Flood Headlamp sets a new standard for hazardous location personal lighting. This Milwaukee intrinsically safe headlamp delivers greater visibility, higher output, and no compromise to size or safety. The hi-visibility headlamp is rated for Classes I, II, and III, Division 1 and has explicit safety logos on the tool and strap for easy identification, even from a distance. The LED light produces 310 Lumens of TRUEVIEW High Definition Output and can reach a beam distance of up to 100 meters. With a lightweight, compact design and a pivoting light head that offers seven adjustable positions, the headlamp is easy to use and comfortable with no compromise in output or performance. Use the included rubber strap and clips to attach to your hard hat, the nylon strap for bare head use, or Dual Lock adhesive for strapless connection directly to your hard hat. Powered by 3 AAA batteries (included), this spot and flood headlamp provides you with up to 40 hours of run time and features 5 output modes to manage your brightness and run time. This Milwaukee intrinsically safe headlamp is IP64 rated, making it dustproof and water-resistant and is also covered by the Milwaukee limited lifetime warranty.
Adapts
The Intrinsically Safe Spot/Flood Headlamp is explicitly identified on the product as class I, II, III and Division 1. Three attachment methods include a rubber strap for use with a hard hat, nylon strap for bare head use, and dual lock adhesive for hard hat use without a strap. The light has a 7-position tilting head for directing light.

When you put in a return request, Tools Plus will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Items past the 30-Day return window that have defects due to faulty materials or workmanship and are within the manufacturer’s warranty coverage (please see your owner’s manual for specifics) can be sent to the manufacturer’s service center directly.
You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount after we receive the item back at our warehouse and the return has been processed, provided that the item has not been used, opened, repackaged, missing pieces or defaced.
