  • Condition: The small jar is in flawless condition. The larger jar had a spot of clear nail polish on the lid. I removed it, but the oxidation was different under the polish, so it is lighter - not really that noticeable in person, and the color is already starting to mellow and blend. The glass bottoms are both perfect - no chips. From a smoke-free home.

    Description

    This is a lot of two EMPTY Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv powder or makeup jars. Both have goldtone tops with scrolls, flowers, and cherubs. The bottoms are frosted glass with ribbed sides. Both are empty. The larger one is 2" tall, and 2" in diameter on top. The smaller one is 1 3/4" tall and 1 1/2" in diameter on top. CONDITION The smaller jar is perfect. The larger jar is very nice, too, but it did have a clear nail polish spill on it, which I removed with polish remover. The gold finish under the spill had not oxidized, so the spot doesn't match the finish on the rest of the lid. But, in the two weeks since I cleaned it, the spot is already oxidizing and blending to match the rest of the lid. The glass on both is perfect, and they are perfectly clean inside and out. From a smoke-free home.

    Description
    This is a lot of two EMPTY Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv powder or makeup jars.

    A nice touch for your retro-appointed vanity.
    CONDITION
    The smaller jar is perfect.  No plating loss, no glass damage - really nice.
    The larger jar is very nice, too, but it did have a clear nail polish spill on it, which I removed with polish remover.  The gold finish under the spill had not oxidized, so the spot doesn't match the finish on the rest of the lid.  But, in the two weeks since I cleaned it, the spot is already oxidizing and blending to match the rest of the lid.  It is really more noticeable in the photos than it is in person.  Not really a big deal.
