Lapidary Wet Saw For jem and Stone. This is a very solid wet saw for cutting stone. I bought it many years ago and never got around to using it. The saw, including the motor, is American made. Based on information I found on the internet, the saw resembles lapidary wets made by the ADM A. D. McBurney company. I tested it before posting this ad and the motor runs fine. The belt looks good. The blade measures 6 inches in diameter. The saw is mounted on a heavy base as you can see in the photos. I did not clean up the saw for these photos. You can still see the stone dust caked in the wet bed of the saw. The metal wet bed of the saw lifts off by a sheet metal handle for cleaning. This is a heavy saw weighing approximately 35 pounds, I say approximately because I do not trust digital scales. The overall dimensions are 20" x12 1/2" x 10 1/2". I am listing this as local pickup in the DFW metroplex. If you need it shipped I will be happy to take it to any local carrier in the 76087 area code that you decide to use. The buyer pays the shipping and packing. This is a sturdy piece of equipment. The motor comes from an era when good motors were not thrown away, but rebuilt.
