Cerium Oxide Polish for Lapidary or Glass Use.
Provides optimum results with all Silicate materials such as Glass, Obsidian, Agate, Jasper, Wood, Quartz rock, old marbles, etc. The perfect polish for faceting colored stones and many other lapidary applications. This cerium oxide polish also works exceptionally well in lapidary tumblers. Use for any similar application where an Ultra High Purity Cerium Oxide polish is needed.
(not recommended for jade,, for jade use aluminum or chrome oxide)
This polish is designed for High Precision applications such as polishing scientific apparatus, lenses, telescopes, electronic devices and components. It is also the only effective polish for certain photography applications as well as a wide range of other precision industrial uses.
** Surface Preparation is essential to achieving a high gloss polish. All previous sanding grit sequences leading up to the polish stage must be performed adequately for any type of polish to ever give you the results that you desire.
