My first and only storage unit win so far and what a surprise.  Looks to be perhaps a small bodyshop or a auto body man that owned this unit.
Up for bids is a
imperial brass chicago spray gun wand pressure or cleaner washer air nozzle. The fluid inlet will need some TLC (a new copper or brass pipe re-solder to the brass fitting). A mechanic at my local tire shop plugged it in to shop air and it works as intended.   Priced to sell.
