I ship Monday thru Friday. I leave for the post office everyday at 3pm Central time.  All purchases ship within 48 hours of completed payment, barring Sunday's and Postal Service holidays.
Our mail goes through the Chicago post office, about 3% of our first class packages are delivered one or two days later than anticipated by ebay. Holiday's and inclement weather,  can cause postal delays. I have seen delays for no fathomable reason other than the Chicago post office is a busy place.  Please watch your tracking number and if your package status changes to "ARRIVING LATE"  know that this is the result of the mail clog at the Chicago post office and it is beyond our control. I offer free returns on almost all items. I am happy to accept returns, however-Free returns are not "FREE" for me. Often times this costs Shipping both ways and the price of tape, envelopes,  and sometimes specialty shipping supplies if they cannot be salvaged for reuse.
