    HEROES USA 9/11 Framed Commemorative USPS Stamp - First Day of Issue 6-7-02
    Beautifully framed with double, laser cut matting in gray and blue, commemorative USPS stamp honoring our 9-11 heroes.  First Day of Issue, with a NY Postal cancel stamp on Jun 7 2002.  Excellent, like new condition, with no visible damages.
    Depicts a large print of the stamp in the center, with a canceled envelope / postcard above:

    Ebay calculates the rate based on the weight and measurements of the package.
    Carriers charge A LOT to ship large boxes, especially if you are far from us -- shipping costs are out of our control. If the shipping is too high to your location, we encourage you to find a retailer closer to you, as the shipping cost for the same size package would be less from a seller closer to you.
    We are happy to ship by any method you wish if you can find a cheaper rate, just let us know!  A handling charge may be included in the shipping cost to cover packing materials and insurance for items over 0 in the event the item is damaged or lost in transit -- it will already be reflected in the shipping cost quoted to your location.
    COVID SHIPPING IMPACT:  Please be patient with USPS shipping.  Our main hub in Philadelphia has been backlogged, we have experienced some packages that get "stuck" there for several days up to 2 weeks.  Sometimes the package is not scanned at pickup, rest assured that if we upload tracking information, the package leaves here within 1 day, even if the pickup doesn't reflect in tracking.  Tracking will catch up once the next scan point is reached.  If you are in a rush, I recommend upgrading to UPS to be safe.  Thank you!
