Apparently, there were option as to what topper, the finial lady or a rose and possibly others that could be added to your box. There are 4 hole in the dress for the deposit of jewelry or other trinkets. There are a few minor chips in the porcelain. There are a few small spots where it does not appear that the glaze covered the paint. There are some stray paint spots as this was hand painted. There is a hairline crack shown in one of the photos that does not seem to affect the integrity of the bowl. Even with its imperfections, it is a smart looking powder and trinket box.
