Complete German Card Album w/ large section on Olympics 1928 in St. Moritz + Amsterdam
album measures about 28 x 25 cm and has more than 40 pages - of which 15 pages are dedicated to the Olympics 1928 - 8 pages with text (in German) + 7 pages with 6 cards each - 1 for St. Moritz (6 cards)  and 6 (= 36 cards) for Amsterdam
there are about  7 cards on US athletes (among therm Jonny Weismüller) and 2 cards on canadian athletes, one of them with the winning ice-hockey team - see scans
The album comes under the titel: Die Welt in Bildern -  The world in pictures - besides the  sports pages, this section has 19 pages  with 6 pictures each = 114 pictures - on various subjects, from flowers over people over cities etc. - very interesting mix
album is in a good used condition - especially when you take its age of more than 90 years into account
Postage will be USD 8.00 -  that includes registered and tracking - however due to corona delivery is quite slow right now - just takes a litte bit longer than used to- nothing I can do about it - so far over the last months everything arrived safely, just a few weeks later than used to - so please check your tracking once in a while - thanks
this a private sale as I have to start to get rid of my olympic collection; I collected for almost 50 years - beginning in 1972 when I worked for the Olympics in Munich - and will list many, many things over the next months, years - who knows how long
