Returns
All items must be returned in the condition sent out. We do send items with warranty stickers, any removal of these will completely void the return. By purchasing you are agreeing to this and to waive any eBay return coverage if you remove stickers. We pride ourselves in our feedback, you can trust you are buying from an established seller. We will always do what we can to make things right.
Payment
We are currently accepting payments via credit card, wire and PayPal. All funds must be cleared prior to shipment of goods. We are not responsible for holds and will need to clear before shipment.
Shipping
Standard shipping hours are Monday through Friday until 2 p.m. E.S.T. We ship via UPS and Fed-Ex. All packages are insured, items over 800 may require signature upon delivery. We will do our best to ship emergencies even on Saturdays if we can.
International Buyers: Please include a valid phone number with shipping instructions to avoid shipping delays and lost shipments. We reserve the right to cancel strange requests and low feedback buyers for high dollar items.
Terms of Sale
Payment in full is expected within 5 days from date of purchase. Any purchases not paid for in full within the 5 day time period will be cancelled, and the item(s) will be re-listed for sale.
