I bought this in liquidation auction on the premise that it is new.  There was originally the part number "A16B-1211-0042" on the board and appears to have been modified to a part number "A16B-1211-0040".  It does appear to be unused, and I can believe that it is new, but I don't have the means to test it, but I will buy it back from you if it is not fully functional; I will guarantee this fully functions or I will refund your money along with the initial shipping costs. **insurance included in s&h
