Gorgeous, exquisite retro new old stock.  Glass Jeannette Swan Vanity/Powder dish.  1950s?
The Depression glass is gold-tinted and the swan on the cover is red glass.  There is an indentation on the swan for you to place a lipstick or a small bottle of perfume.
It is pressed glass with a golden cast.  Saw-tooth design, even to the edge of the cover.
It stands about 5-1/2" tall to the top of the swan's head, and the circumference of the jar at its widest point is about 13-1/2".
In great condition -- no chips or flaws.  It appears to me that it was never  used.
