Our Cree 5 Watt LED Bulb for Sears is 320 Lumen LED which was tested for direct compatibility in the C3 light.
We found Craftsman C3 light construction with all plastic holder makes LED run hotter than other lights and can
damage ordinary 5-W LEDs by over-heating
. (We add heat conductive spacer or compound on this LED to improve heat dissipation for you).  Also, please exercise care in changing bulbs as plastic lens / bulb retainer of the C3 can be damaged by ruff re-assembly.
We also recommend for the C3 light the Epistar 3-Watt 250 Lumen LED.
This LED is also bright, efficient, very long battery run time, cool running, and long life bulb that may never need replacement.
