This listing is for a Complete Rebuilding Service and Recalibration for (1) Cummins Allison Jetscan or Jetcount Single Pocket Money Counter. This service bundle is specifically designed for these models : 4062, 4068, 4065, 4062ES, 4065ES, 4068ES, 4020, 4021, or  4022. This is a turnkey service and includes shipping both ways, replacement of all 21 parts listed below and includes a 120 day warranty (Parts and Labor). We will provide you with complete directions on how to pack up your machine to ensure safe transit, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to use to when shipping your machine to us. We will perform the complete service as described and ship the machine back to you within 7 business days after receipt. Total turnaround time will be (ship time from you to our location to ours) + 7 business days + (ship time to return the machine back to you at your location) excluding weekend days and holidays. Our service center is located in Southern California.
This service is not meant for machines that have been severely neglected/abused and stored outside in extreme heat/cold or left out in the weather/elements or have been exposed or submerged in water. We can likely help you if you have a machine like this, but please contact us if you are unsure about the condition of your machine. This service only includes the replacement of the parts listed above.
If any other major component is found to be broken, defective, or failing (for example: main or stacker drive motor, upper or lower read heads, IR sensor, mag sensor, or power supply) we will contact you prior to servicing to discuss the options that are available at that time to replace any non-covered part. You will have the option of having replacing the defective major component at the additional cost of the replacement part as we REBUILD your machine or opting to have us ship the machine back to you without performing any service and receiving a refund for the amount paid LESS the shipping costs both ways. If your machine does not power on or shows READHEAD or UV BULB FAILURE on the display, you can expect that something else may be wrong with it.... but it can be as simple as a on/off switch or as serious as a total motherboard failure. These machines are very well built and rarely need any major components replaced to bring them back to perfect working order if they haven't been abused. We buy machines everyday from all over the country and our experience is that less than 1 in 10 machines we rebuild need anything more standard service part bundle and recalibration performed.

We will professionally pack your machine once repaired and guaranty that it will arrive safely.
