Chinese Relief Decorated Clair de Lune Baluster Vase
11 3/4"h x 4" (bottom dia).
Baluster shape with relief flying birds & peonies.  Bulbed top with short verticle lip, slightly flared foot.
Beautiful high fired pale blue clair de lune glaze.  One of the Kangxi monochromes, here on a vase with a six
character blue underglaze Wanli reign (1573-1619) mark on the bottom:
"Da Ming Wan li nian zhi".
Fine condition.  No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs.
