    Description

    This is a rare Chinese porcelain teapot from the late Qing Dynasty or early Republican period. The body of the teapot is in quadrangular shape, which is a rather complex potting process. It has two panels that are respectively featured by paintings of peaches and pomegranates, symbolizing longevity and a long line of offspring. This teapot has no
    production mark, and it was appraised and dated to 1850s-1920s.
    Provenance: Purchased by an American traveler in China in the early 1980s.
