The unit has wear on it from handling, use, and age. There is a serial number inscribed on the unit. There is corrosion on the battery contacts in the battery port. There is a chance the winder could work with a new battery pack, but I do not have another to test it. This unit is being sold for parts or repair. The unit will be shipped without batteries.
