Brilliant Gold VTG Powder Jar Pot Raised Flowers Sparkling Rhinestones Handle

Description

This is a gorgeous bright gold footed powder pot or jar in both brushed and bright gold. The fabulous lid has a raised floral decoration with glittering faceted rhinestones and an elegant decorated gold handle. It's in superb condition and appears to be from the 1930s and never used. It measures 3 1/2" in diameter and stands one inch tall. The brushed gold lid has no dents, dings or flaws of any kind. There are two large graceful branches with beautiful textured gold leaves and six sparkling rhinestone "flowers". The large handle can move backward and forward and the five sided shape has delicate decorations on both sides. Very fine workmanship. The pot is finished in smooth, very bright gold with no dent or dings, and the interior is brushed gold. On the bottom are three round gold ball feet, also in great condition.
There is no maker's mark or patent number, but the overall design has a definite 1930s look. I don't know where it's been tucked away for the past 80+ years, but I see no evidence of use at all on this little vintage treasure!
