Made of native iron and leather straps.
Dowayo and Namji are one people.
Dowayo is the contraction of two words Doyo (human, man) and Woyo (child, nephew). Wa-Yo translates to son and daughter.
All these combinations allow to translate Dowayo by child of man or human being, or son of man.
The name of Namji / Namchi comes from the Peul and means "we have stopped grinding, grinding".
