Antique Victorian 4 1/2" Milk Glass Dresser Powder Jar Scroll Design Heisey?

Description

This is a very old milk glass dresser or powder jar that has a scrolled leave design that at one time was red and gold.
Some of the paint has worn off and possibly someone would want to remove the rest of it or repaint it to restore it.
It measures 4 ½” in length.
The dresser jar is in good condition for the age but does have one tiny nick or rough spot on the inside edge of the bottom.
Both pieces are marked with a 25 on them but do not have a maker.
At one time I thought they were made by Heisey Glass Company, but I don’t want to say that unless I am certain.
This is a beautiful example of the very old milk glass
