im edge border of br
oken wavy dot line below gilt stars in blue band around the interior and exterior.
Minor enamel chips most to the center interior flower and to the exterior border. Natural wear to the rim edge gilt. Fine resonant tap ring and no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs.
