Antique Porcelain Half Doll Powder Trinket Jar, Half Doll related, Art Deco

Hello and Welcome,
This listing is for an antique Victorian style half doll covered powder/dresser jar.
Embossed 13094 and marked clearly with the Sitzendorfer Porzellanfabrik embossed stamp.
Circa early 1900's (1920-1930)
Extremely well painted as can be seen in the photos provided.
This piece was done by an artisan who took pride in their work. I have seen many that the facial features were not even recognizable and look as if they were painted by a child.
This one for as small as she is has delicately painted facial features and she is just adorable right down to her nicely molded fingers.
No chips, cracks or repairs. This piece has been lovingly cared for and kept in a curio cabinet for many, many years.
Used as a display piece only and part of my private collection.
This lovely little dresser jar is done in shades of peach and sky blue with a luster glaze. The lid features a Victorian style lady with a fan in her left hand. She wears a bonnet with a feather plume and bow and her dress features hand painted blue ruffles and delicate tiny blue bows.
This collectible and rare jar measures just a tad over 4 inches tall including the lid.
It measures 3 and 3/8 inches wide at widest point.
This adorable little lady can be used to keep your favorite items in. Looks wonderful when displayed on your vanity or dresser.
I keep one on my bathroom vanity where I place my rings in when I am not wearing them. A friend of mine uses one on her desk to keep paper clips in.
Just because these were once used as powder jars does not mean they can not be incorporated into our daily lives for other uses. Simply place a piece of felt on the bottom if you wish to protect the interior.
What a great gift this would make for that half doll collector in your life or for those who just have an appreciation for unique and beautiful collectible pieces from the past.
