Red Cerium oxide is used for polishing of rocks, auto glass scratches (light), this should work on rhinestones, although I have not tried it myself, all kinds of glass, glass beads in a tumbler, etc.
This listing is for TWO ounces of polish.
Plenty for a small job or for a sample to see if it works for your project.
