Preowned, some wear to the book cover - book is in good shape overall, but there are signs of being read/pages being flipped.
The book is signed by author Edith Battles on the first page.
There is no other writing, no tears.
Mrs Battles lived on the same block of my childhood home - she invited all the neighborhood kids over one day for a reading and gave us each a book.  Fond memories but time for a new home.
